Our Company and the Role

in4mo is the leading provider of building claims software solutions in the Nordic insurance markets. We also provide software solutions for service and maintenance companies to manage a variety of building, repair, and property maintenance projects digitally.

Most of the Property Insurance Companies in the Nordic countries, e.g. If, Tryg, Gjensidige and Fennia, are in4mo’s customers.

We are continuously working on improving our solutions to new levels. We are looking for a Customer Care Manager.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the main contact for Nordic customers
  • Develop a deep knowledge of the in4mo products and the business needs of our customers
  • Provide product training to customers and users
  • Document cases and customer interactions using issue tracking system (Jira)
  • Work closely with other members of the Customer Care and Support team to ensure a seamless customer experience. Occasionally fill in at the first line support
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction
  • The role requires weekly trips within the Nordics

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience from similar roles (Customer Care or Account Manager)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment
  • An analytical and troubleshooter mindset
  • Good technical knowledge and willing to learn more
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluency in Norwegian and/or Swedish and English. Other Nordic and/or European languages is an advantage
  • Positive, proactive team player who is passionate about customer service
