Main Improvements in in4mo Release 14.3

The 14.3 release of in4mo Building Claims includes feature improvements and bug fixes, as well as security, stability, and performance improvements. Below you will find a summary of the main changes.

Address and Validation Result Included in Grand Log

To make task assignment more reliable we are now introducing address validation information in the cases’ grand logs.

The grand log includes:

    • Street address, Zipcode and City
    • Coordinates (latitude / longitude)
    • Validation confidence:
      • High geolocation confidence
      • Medium geolocation confidence
      • Low geolocation confidence
    • Not able to find geolocation for the address

NOTE! Only cases with high geolocation confidence can be automatically assigned and will show recommended partners.

Define Document Type for Report Templates Created in Report Builder

When creating a report template in in4mo Report Builder one can now define what document type or category it should be classified as when generated. Note that the document type may also affect the default visibility of the document. The options are the same as for standard report types and include for example the following:

  • Inspection report
  • Inspection summary
  • Project cost calculation
  • Humidity report
  • Project completion report
  • Customer document
  • Other (Default)

For custom report templates created before Release 14.3 the document type is set as Other by default, and the document type of already generated reports does not change.

More detailed information about the Report Builder functionality can be found in the separate Report Builder Guide.

Improved iCC Price Setting Logic and Logs

To streamline the logic of iCC price activations, the effective date of price changes must be in the future, and the earlier possible date is the next day. Price setting logs shown in Company Admin > Fixed Price Settings will also from now on contain the effective date of both price changes and review/approval requests, to make it easier to understand the validity time of prices.

The logs will also show when a price has become effective:
