in4mo certification

Here you find more information on how to get certified for in4mo.

Purpose of the training and certification:

In order to receive tasks from insurance companies through in4mo you might require a certificate. By being certified, the person has shown that he/she is qualified for reporting in damage cases using the in4mo web portal and the mobile application.

Certificates – What kind of certificates are there?

In4mo offers two types of certificates. Which certificate is correct for a person depends on what kind of work this person does. The two certificates are:

Inspector and Project Manager Certificate

If your work includes inspections or project management tasks, such as creating project plans, budgets and allocation of the workforce, you should complete this certification. This certificate also includes the craftsman certificate described below.

Craftsman Certificate

If your work only consists of various field work, e.g. demolition, drying, fire cleaning or other repair or construction tasks, you should complete this certification. This will enable the use of the in4mo application to report on the work performed. Note that the craftsman certificate does not give access to being assigned inspection or project management tasks.

An in4mo certificate is valid for an infinite time from the day of certification, however it is required that the user completes a minimum of one task per year.

There are two ways in which to acquire a certificate; through attending a course, or through doing a remote assessment. Note that participating in a course or remote assessment does not automatically qualify for a certificate. The tasks given during the session must be successfully completed and performed in an acceptable manner.

Click on ‘Certification’ in the top right corner of any web portal to access our certification pages. Here you will see an overview of all planned courses and remote assessments. By clicking on a course, you will see more information about the course, and can sign yourself and/or colleagues up for the course. Note that only members with authority level 3 or 4 can sign up for courses. Note that in order to sign up for a course; the person must have a user account in at least one net portal.

We add courses based on demand. If you don’t find a course or remote assessment that suits you or your colleagues, you can contact the in4mo support, either by clicking the “in4mo feedback” tab to the right or through email, support@in4mo.com.

The difference between courses and remote assessments

Course

During a course, participants will receive training in the use of in4mo by an instructor from in4mo. This includes a presentation and demonstration of the service by the instructor, and practise for the participants. Courses are typically held in a conference room, and are set up based on demand. It is also possible to arrange courses for your company’s own employees only, in your own locations. Contact in4mo if this could be of interest to you.

Remote assessment

Remote assessments are tests that are done online. When signing up for a remote assessment, the participant will receive training material, and it responsible for his/her own learning. This material is also available here: Basics, Inspections, Project Manager, Craftsman, Partner Admin. It is also possible to do internal training, if there are others in the company who have used in4mo and know how the system works. At the assessment date, the participant will then receive a fictional case, which he/she must complete in order to be certified. Note that as this is an assessment, where the participants are supposed to show that they are capable of using the system, minimal help will be given by in4mo during the assessment.

Prices

Check the site in the local language to get the current course and assessment prices or contact your local in4mo support.

The course fee will be invoiced after the training. Make sure to give the needed details for invoicing when registering to the training, for example project number, cost centre or similar information. Unpaid invoice might lead to cancellation of the certificate until payment is received. If more information is required than what can be given when registering participants, please send additions via email to your in4mo support.

No discounts, reductions or additions applies unless separately agreed.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation of participation in a training or remote certification can be made free of charge until seven (7) working days prior to the course. Cancellation made later than seven (7) working days will be charged with 50% of the course price. Cancellation the same day or not showing up on the day of the training will be charged with the full price.

Cancellations should be made via email to your local in4mo support.

If you are unable to attend, a co-worker could take over your spot, instead of cancelling the participation.

in4mo reserve the right to make changes to the prices and terms at any time.
