Last month, one of our customers created the 1 000 000th (one millionth) building claim using in4mo insurance software solutions.
This is a huge milestone for a company like in4mo, which started to focus on the insurance claims segment just 10 years ago, in 2009.
Like at the Oscars’ celebration, we have a long list of people and companies to thank for this achievement. High among them are our insurance customers and their damage restoration partners, who have trusted us for providing the specialised solution required to handle this key claims resolution process; also, our staff who built and are continuously evolving our in4mo Building Claims solution.
We realise that 1 million of something feels like a rather small number these days. After all, you often hear about hundreds of millions or even billions more than a mere million.
What’s important is to understand what is the million about:
- It represents a million bad things that can happen to ones’ most prized possession, the home.
- A million curved balls that life throw at you to derail a perfect and happy life journey.
- It can mean the destruction of one’s home by fire or extreme nature event, or simply water damage caused by a sock stuck in the washing machine.
Whether it is big or small, the damage has always an emotional impact on the people and families affected.
For insurance companies, it represents 1 million occasions when they and their partners help their policyholders overcome these difficult situations.
For in4mo, it’s an opportunity for our solution to make a real difference in people’s lives by helping our customers serve their customers.
At the end of the day, in4mo does not repair or compensate property damage; we simply help insurance and their damage restoration partners sort out policyholders’ building claims in a fast, fair and efficient way.
We are proud to have made a difference – however small – in the lives of one million people/families these last 10 years, and we welcome the opportunity given by our customers to help many more over the coming years.
