How do I log in to the web portal?

Please check the following if you are not able to log in to the web portal.

  • Check that you are in the right portal by checking the logo up to the left on the login page or the web address. If your company is using the Contractor solution, you should only log in to the Contractor portal and not to the insurance companies dedicated portals.
  • Check the spelling to make sure that there are no spaces in the e-mail address or the password field. Check with your company admin if you are unsure what your login username is. When logging in for the first time, you will get your password from your company admin who has created you as a user in the portal.
  • If you have forgotten your password, click ‘Forgot your password?’ on the login page. A login link will be sent to your e-mail. Choose a new password when logging in.
  • If you have too many failed attempts to login, your account will be blocked. To activate your account, click on ‘Forgot your password?’ and an activation link will be sent to your e-mail inbox – which is registered as your username. When you have created a new password, your account will be activated and ready to use again. If the activation link has not been sent out to your e-mail inbox, check the junk mail.
